What information we collect. When you call us, submit a form on our website, or place an order, we may collect your name and business name, phone number (mobile or landline), email address, delivery or pickup address, and the details of your order (products, quantities, delivery window, special instructions). We do not collect or store payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or government IDs through our website or phone system.
How we use your information. We use your information to take and fulfill your orders; coordinate delivery, pickup, or scheduling; send order confirmations, delivery updates, and other transactional messages; respond to inquiries and provide customer service; and maintain account history for repeat customers.
Phone numbers and SMS consent. We collect your phone number when you provide it to us — on our website form, by phone, or through our automated phone assistant — so that we can fulfill your order request and contact you about it. Text messaging (SMS). If you opt in to our order text notifications, message frequency varies (typically 1–3 messages per order) and message and data rates may apply. We do not share, sell, or transfer your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or consent status to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. How we share your information. We share information with our delivery drivers and team members so they can fulfill your order; with service providers that help us run our business (for example, our CRM platform and our SMS provider, Twilio) under contracts that require them to protect your information; when required by law; and in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, sold to, or bought by any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
How we protect and retain your information. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect, and we retain order and customer information for as long as needed to operate our business and comply with legal obligations.
